How is billing handled for Facebook/Google Adverts?
For Facebook and Google Adverts campaigns managed by us, the advertising spend will be billed based on the actual amounts spent on the campaigns. Additionally, we charge a 10% commission on the total ad spend as our management fee for overseeing and optimizing these campaigns.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
In addition to the base cost of your chosen pricing plan, there may be additional charges for specialized services such as Facebook/Google Adverts campaigns and influencer collaborations. The ad spend for these campaigns will be billed on actuals, and influencer remuneration will be extra and vary depending on the scope of the collaboration.
What are your business hours and holiday schedule?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). We observe public holidays as per the official holiday list of the Government of India, during which our services will not be available.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my pricing plan?
If you wish to change your current pricing plan, please contact our customer service team. We'll discuss your business needs, review your current plan's performance, and provide recommendations for any adjustments. Upgrades or downgrades can be processed at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
